Yes, but we make it as simple as possible!
To book your dates, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days from your event setup date. Our contracts and payments can all be made easily through our online system. Prefer to mail in the contract and payment? We gladly accept that also. We just ask for a heads up if you're dropping payment and the contract via the mail, so we can be on the lookout. Have further questions about booking? Our five station and seven station do have certain power requirements for operation as well as water. We will be happy to let you know of these in your consultation. If you don't have access to power & water, we can add those to your package for a nominal fee.
Location, location, location is usually the biggest question. We will gladly have a site visit if you have questions regarding the placement and transportation to the location of where your Potty Palace will be for your event. General things to keep in mind would be a solid concrete pad is preferred with height and width to transport to avoid hanging limbs or cable/power lines. Think a large delivery truck in terms of size.
While we can't be totally objective to this question, it all depends on what level of comfort you want for your guests and family. We define our restrooms as luxurious for a few reasons. Our trailers are maintained with very high standards. Our team works hard to ensure a beautiful experience from...beginning to end (no pun intended!). The finishes inside our trailers are designed for a comfortable experience that you won't find in a lot of portable restroom trailers. Bottom Line: Are you in a trailer? Yes Do you feel like you're at the ballpark or construction site? No.
Our Potty Palaces come with all the basics like special toilet paper, soap, and paper towels to accommodate your estimated number of guests attending.
We do offer an attendant as an add-on option if you would like to ensure period checks on supplies and cleanliness during your event. Our normal package only includes initial setup of supplies and will be taken care of after the event. If you'd like to discuss a custom option for your event or guest count, we'd be happy to discuss further!
